Days chased by busyness, I had forgotten the rhythm of my breathing.

The scent of lavender gently reaches out.
As I walk the hills of Provence, my five senses slowly awaken.

This is a small adventure for me to return to myself.


This is an 8-day itinerary exploring Provence and the Côte d'Azur in southern France.
Through lavender fields, gastronomy and wine, and scent experiences, you will deeply feel the charm of the region.
We propose a time to spend richly, touching historic streets and nature.

Visit famous spots such as Gordes and the Sénanque Abbey to enjoy lavender at its best.
While taking photos and strolling, you can experience the local nature and culture.

  • Welcome to Avignon Enjoy the fascinating city of Avignon, the festival capital and a medieval town with intimate and picturesque streets.

    It was here that Pope Clement VI moved his court in the 14th century, and for several decades afterward the city remained the seat of the Catholic popes. The historic center, the Palace of the Popes, the episcopal complex and the Pont Saint-Bénézet are all listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites.

    Avignon invites you to discover Provençal gastronomy and to taste a Côtes du Rhône wine of which it is the capital. The city is perfect for strolling and discovering... do not hesitate to explore its medieval streets and have dinner in the historic center before returning to your accommodation.

  • Visit Avignon (self-guided) To discover Avignon in a day, start with a visit to the Palais des Papes 🏰, the city's must-see symbol, requiring an entrance ticket (approx. €12-14).

    Continue with a stroll to Rocher des Doms 🌳, a garden offering panoramic views of the Rhône and the Pont d'Avignon (free).

    At noon, take a break at Place de l'Horloge 🍽, where several restaurants offer Provençal specialties, before strolling through medieval alleyways like Rue des Teinturiers 🏘.

    In the afternoon, cross the famous Pont Saint-Bénézet 🌉 (ticket required, approx. €5-6) and explore the Musée du Petit Palais 🎨 (free) to admire medieval works.

    Finish with a walk on the Île de la Barthelasse 🚴‍♂️, accessible via a free river shuttle, ideal for a nature break on the banks of the Rhône.

    In the evening, enjoy dinner in a typical 🍷 restaurant, such as La Mirande or La Fourchette.

    Enjoy the panoramic view over Nice from Mt. Boron. On the Middle Corniche stop at Eze – a medieval perched village with its craft shops and breathtaking panorama. Guided tour of a traditional perfumery, the true essence of Provence.
