From the bus window heading south, the sea and sands of Paracas flow by, and when you rise into the sky you'll watch the Nazca lines paint a monumental poem on the earth. With Andean air filling your lungs and the warmth of coca tea soothing you, the massive stones of Sacsayhuamán softly whisper memories of antiquity. Rocking on a train through misty valleys, Machu Picchu emerging in the morning haze is a vision woven from terraces and dew.
