    After a delicious breakfast, you will be picked up in your hotel for a city tour. You will visit the Cathedral, Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the nearby ruins: Qenko (Ceremonial and Ritual center, place where sacrifices were made), Puka Pukara (this complex was probably used by Emperor Pachacutec as a Tambo),Tambomachay (also called “The Bath of the Inca”) and Sacsayhuaman Fortress(the place where the main Inca Festivals, Inti Raymi and Warachicuy take place).

  • Car At 04h30 AM from your hotel for the beginning of your Salkantay Trek.
    We will take a trip in our private transportation of approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes to Mollepata.

  • Car We will continue by car to Challacancha where we will meet
    with our muleteer and horses.
  • Then we will begin our walk until we reach our Heaven Lodge located in Soraypampa. [English Guide]

  • In the afternoon after lunch we will ascend to visit the beautiful Humantay lagoon, after the visit, we will descend again
    towards Soraypampa, finally we will spend the first night under a starry sky in our

  • Salkantay Sky Lodge Our camp is located 10 minutes walk from the town of Soraypampa, this gives us a great advantage of having a 360 degree panoramic view of the Humantay lagoon, it is also a perfect
    place, away from the crowd and where we can appreciate the beautiful landscapes of the Andean valley and enjoy the company of our beautiful alpacas.

    Salkantay Trek Day 2
  • Wake-up times will be conveyed on the spot the night before.
  • Breakfast
  • After breakfast, we will begin the most difficult part of the hike, walking through the site known as Pampa Salkantay. Then we will take the left side of the Salkantay glacier. Around noon, we will reach the highest point of the imposing Salkantay snow-capped mountain located above 4,630 m (15,190 feet), we will be able to appreciate all the majesty of the area, its chain of mountains, glaciers and ravines, we will feel the magic of the Andes, after a break We will begin the slow descent towards Wayracmachay.
    *Hike and Terrain: Mostly steep trails and some open slopes. [English Guide]
  • Lunch we will have lunch and a well-deserved rest.
  • We will continue descending and enter the edge of the jungle where we will
    have indescribable views of the place, and then continue to our second Heaven
    Lodge located in Collpapampa. Finally we will have dinner and spend the second

  • Salkantay Sky Lodge Our camp is located 10 minutes walk from the
    town of Chaullay; Chaullay is a very busy campsite, however our camp in Collpapampa gives us a great advantage of having a 360-degree panoramic view of the Salkantay Valley, it is also a perfect place, away from the crowd and where we can get to know a little more about the local families.

  • we will begin our walk at 06:00am along the Inca Trail Network. This day will be unforgettable, we will continue with the walk through the jungle, we will appreciate the flora and fauna of this area, especially the plantations of coffee, tea, passion fruit, trees, the climate is temperate and humid in this area, so It has formed a favorable microclimate for the production of orchids that, due to their colors and varieties, have been classified by experts as the most beautiful in the world. Here we consider the problem of roads at the granadilla crossing in addition to considering a 5-hour walk to the beach.   • Wake-up times will be conveyed on the spot.
  • Breakfast
  • Bus Very early, immediately after breakfast at the Lodging, we will go by bus to the citadel of Machupicchu ascending for the average period, until we reach the access point and entry control of Machupicchu.
  • Machupicchu we will have a guided tour of the urban and agricultural area, as well as the towers, ceremonial plazas, sacred fountain, the Intihuatana or sundial and terraces from where you can contemplate the Inca’s domains. After a guide of approximately 2 hours, we will have free time to take photos and in coordination with the guide we will descend to the town of Aguas Calientes.

    Guided tour of Machupicchu: The Inca city of Machupicchu opens at 6 a.m. We will be there between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. After showing our entrance ticket, we will go up to the best point of view to take a photograph of The House of the Guardian, after minutes our guide will give us detailed and extensive information about the city of the Incas for approximately 1 hour.
