Travel story
The journey begins in Lima, a city of gastronomy and history embraced by the Pacific Ocean.
From there to Cusco, the ancient city where the memory of the Inca Empire remains strong, and onward to the mysterious mountaintop city of Machu Picchu floating above the sea of clouds.
At Lake Titicaca, spread at an altitude of 3,800 m, encounters with island communities that keep their traditions alive await.
Crossing the border brings you to the highland city of La Paz and the world's largest salt flat, the Uyuni Salt Flats.
A silvery land dyed by the sunset, a miraculous night sky filled with falling stars—
moments to touch the grandeur of the Andes’ nature, timeless history, and the warmth of the people who live there.
This is a stirring grand tour that condenses once-in-a-lifetime vistas and emotions.
Signature points
A moving Peruvian experience visiting Inca sacred sites and the mountaintop city
On arrival day we visit Lima’s main spots. In Cusco we walk the cobblestone streets of the old town and visit the massive stone ruins of Sacsayhuamán. After experiencing the Inca people’s advanced architectural skills and spiritual culture, we travel to the World Heritage site Machu Picchu. Walking through the mountaintop city embraced by the mountains, you experience its mystery and vast history with all your senses.
Traditional culture and island life at Lake Titicaca
Stay on the Uros floating islands made of reeds and on the rustic island of Amantani. Time spent interacting with host families, sampling local dishes, and experiencing traditional clothing is an invaluable experience. On Taquile Island, you encounter the internationally acclaimed textile culture and gain a deeper understanding of the Andean spiritual world.
Spectacular La Paz and Uyuni, a miraculous Bolivian experience
In La Paz, at about 3,600 m altitude, enjoy the Moon Valley and panoramic views from the cable car. Then comes the trip highlight: the Uyuni Salt Flats. Miraculous landscapes that reflect the sky like a mirror, blazing sunsets, and stargazing under a canopy of stars—unbelievable vistas that seem otherworldly await.
