Travel story
Travel Theme
In the distant land of Central Asia, the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat. Upon landing there, the foreign breeze gently caresses my cheeks, announcing the beginning of the journey. Driving through the city enveloped in the silence of the night, I listen to the stories told by our guide, Mr. Mukhammed, on the way to the hotel.
The next morning, a day of freely exploring the city of Ashgabat awaits. The ancient kingdom of Nisa, the magnificent Ruhy Mosque, and the Independence Monument. In this city where history and modernity intersect, I walk as my heart desires. The bustle of the Russian Bazaar, the quiet presence of the Lenin statue, and the grandeur of the Ertugrul Ghazi Mosque. Every moment is deeply etched in the memories of the journey.
And the journey continues. Leaving Ashgabat behind, on the way to the Earth's fissure, the "Gates of Hell," I encounter the wonders of nature. Water craters, mud craters, and the scenery of small villages. At night, a barbecue awaits at the yurt camp. Under the starry sky, wrapped in the warmth of the campfire, I enjoy my time in a foreign land.
The next morning, after finishing breakfast in the refreshing air, the journey by car begins again. The road is long, and the path to Dashoguz is rough, but beyond that lies Uzbekistan's Khiva. Crossing the border, the moment of encountering a different culture. The city of Khiva, arriving at dusk, will become the stage for a new adventure.
This journey is not just a movement. It is a journey that becomes a part of life, etching new landscapes in my heart and spending days filled with encounters and discoveries.
