Depart the hotel and walk to the trailhead, then begin the trek.
The one-way distance to Laguna Capri is approximately 7 km, about a 4-hour round trip, with an elevation gain of around 380 meters. There are no technically difficult sections, but this activity is intended for those accustomed to regular walking. From Laguna Capri, you can see the beautiful Mount Fitz Roy when the weather is good. After enjoying the view at Laguna Capri, return the same way back to the hotel.
*This is about a 4-hour trek, suitable for people who are used to walking regularly.
*As this is a trekking tour, please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring warm, windproof clothing and rain gear (poncho) as well.

Depart the hotel around 6:30 AM and head toward the Chilean border (border arrival is around 10:00 AM). After crossing the border, enter Torres del Paine National Park.
In the national park, you will see Lago Sarmiento, Lago Amarga, the Paine waterfall, and around 1:00 PM you will arrive at the Amarga park entrance. Then enjoy the viewpoint over Lago Nordenskjöld and do an easy roughly 40-minute trek to Salto Grande waterfall, and from the viewpoint over Lago Pehoé you can see the landscape of lake and mountains. (If the weather is good, you may walk an additional approximately 50 minutes to the Cuerno viewpoint).
Around 4:00 PM you can admire views of Lago Pehoé and the French Valley. Afterwards, travel toward the border, stopping in the village of Cerro Castillo for a restroom break around 5:00 PM. Cross the border around 6:00 PM and then return to El Calafate. Arrival back at the hotel is around 8:30 PM.

In the national park, take a boat from the Bajo de la Sombra dock to the opposite shore. After a brief explanation about the mini-trekking tour, put on crampons and do a glacier mini-trek of about 1 hour 40 minutes. Enjoy the beautiful scenery from the glacier and the experience of walking on it.
After the glacier trekking there will be free time, so you can eat and enjoy the glacier from spots where you can get close to it. After eating, return by boat to the opposite shore.
During the boat ride you will also get a short additional view of Perito Moreno Glacier from the water.
Finally, visit the glacier viewpoints for about an hour to admire the magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier. Return to the hotel is around 6:30 PM.
*This tour is available for participants aged 8 to 65. As you will wear crampons and walk on the glacier for about 1 hour 40 minutes, we recommend participation by those who are accustomed to walking regularly.
